Enhancing creativity in activity?based offices: A critical incident study of knowledge workers

This study investigated the effects of activity-based offices (ABOs) on individual and group creativity. Adopting an interactionist perspective, we extended theoretical framework creative knowledge environments to find link between ABOs concept spaces. We employed critical incident technique collected data through interviews participant observation methods for case studies three ABOs.
